A Note from denise

“My hope in starting Intentionally Unplugged is to help families connect in meaningful ways. Intentionally Unplugged is not anti-screen or anti-technology, but rather an approach to teaching our children about how we can consciously carve-out time for human connection. With a generation of kids being raised with screens, we need to start this conversation early and learn how we can disconnect to connect”.
